As a Security Officer - Front Desk Manufacturing in ONTARIO, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading luxury manufacturing location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and guests. Your role is to help foster a welcoming and secure environment by managing access control, verifying credentials, responding to inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key part in helping to deter security-related incidents while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Tue07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a high level of customer service while following all site-specific security-related procedures and protocols.

Monitor access to the facility, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the location in accordance with established policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and contact emergency services when appropriate.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and other security-related events as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.

Communicate professionally with all personnel, visitors, and clients to help to deter undesirable behavior and promote a secure environment within the facility.

Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management related to security-related operations at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
