What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit of personnel and/or vehicles, as required by location policies.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance as needed while maintaining a security-related presence.

Complete routine reports and documentation as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
