As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Cookeville, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the site. You will be a visible presence, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and employees. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.

Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, following established protocols for a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities as required by the site and Allied Universal.

Communicate professionally with site staff, visitors, and the Allied Universal team to provide information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
