As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a strong presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating clear communication skills. What You'll Do:

Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain authorized personnel flow within the facility.

Follow established site-specific policies and procedures while supporting security-related operations at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing customer service and verifying credentials as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with management or emergency services as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to observe, report, and support security-related matters.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.

Remain alert to potential security-related risks or hazards and report any concerns in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
