Our client, a leading organization in the printing and digital solutions industry, is seeking a HP Indigo Customer Success Engineer to join their team. As a HP Indigo Customer Success Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HP Indigo Customer Success Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $25.09

What's the Job?

Install and commission HP Indigo digital presses at customer locations.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process-related issues.

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and press calibrations.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal press performance.

Maintain detailed service records, technical documentation, and reports for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in field service, ideally with digital printing equipment (HP Indigo preferred).

Strong understanding of digital press technology, color theory, and RIP/workflow systems.

Proven troubleshooting skills in print quality, mechanical, and electrical issues.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor customers.
