3-month contract , with potential to become temp-to-hire

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Specialist? You'll be:

Answering incoming calls and emails, providing outstanding customer service to Luxottica accounts

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Developing strong knowledge of product portfolio and company procedures

Communicating effectively with the Customer Service Supervisor and Manager to ensure expectations are met

Documenting customer issues and ensuring timely, satisfactory resolutions

Participating in team meetings, training, and development sessions to strengthen your skills

Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM and 10-key by touch

Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries courteously

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Client: Luxottica

Location: Grants Pass, OR 97526

Employment Type: 3-month contract, possibly temp-to-hire

Shift: 6:30 AM-3:30 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Pacific Time

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Must be 18+ years old and able to pass standard screenings
