Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, provide exceptional service, and assist customers with inquiries and concerns. This position also involves occasional front-facing interactions to support office visitors as needed.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Maintain a consistent workflow, ensuring quality service during peak call times such as Mondays and Fridays.

Assist office visitors as required, providing support when the front desk needs additional help.

Navigate and utilize online payment platforms efficiently to assist customers with transactions.

Deliver empathetic and patient service, especially when handling frustrated or upset customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.

Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.

Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls as needed.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.

Proficiency in navigating online platforms and systems quickly and accurately.

Ability to manage high call volumes during peak times with efficiency.

Interpersonal skills and a focus on detail for occasional face-to-face interactions.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Adaptability to learn new systems and processes swiftly.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
