Warehouse Associate

Adecco is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates/Material Handlers to join our fast-paced distribution team. In this role, you'll be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: On site in Harrisburg, PA

Responsibilities:

Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.

Order Picking: Accurately pick cases based on order specifications using required technology (e.g., scanners, voice picking).

Maintain Product Integrity: Restack any fallen or misplaced products within trailers and general storage areas.

Trailer Staging: Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases securely on the floor.

Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, distributing product, and participating in weekly product inventory counts.

General Housekeeping: Perform specific sanitation tasks and general housekeeping duties as required (e.g., sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, removing trash).

Physical Handling: Safely lift and move objects weighing anywhere between 15 pounds and 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications:

Physical Stamina: Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.

Repetitive Lifting: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products throughout the shift.

Availability: Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts as needed to meet business demands.

Work Environment: Must be willing to work in an environment that may include extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Safety Gear: Must wear steel-toed boots (PPE required)

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
