Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Petersburg, VA

Part-Time | On-Site (Flexible Schedule Available)

About the Opportunity:

We are building a pipeline of talented Administrative Assistants for upcoming part-time opportunities in the Petersburg, VA area. These roles will support office operations, coordinate communication, and assist leadership teams in ensuring daily business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries appropriately

Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel as needed

Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks

Support special projects, events, and office initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
