Senior Administrative Assistant, R&D

Kelly is partnering with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery to find a dynamic, detail-oriented Sr Administrative Assistant to join the R&D team in Raritan, NJ. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting innovation in the medical technology space.

Schedule - Monday-Friday (possibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week)

Pay - $33.94 per hr.

Length of contract - 2 years

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the R&D team.

Manage purchase orders, capital expenditures, and expense tracking using systems such as Ariba, gCRAFT, and Vision.

Support the budget and accrual process , working closely with Finance and leadership.

Coordinate travel, calendars, meetings, and communications across global teams.

Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and department operations.

Collaborate with fellow admins to ensure seamless coverage and team support.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required , Associate's or higher preferred.

Administrative experience , preferably supporting senior leaders in a large, matrixed organization.

Proficiency in MS Office, Concur, Teams, Zoom, and Amex Travel required.

Experience with Ariba, gCRAFT, Vision, aCREW, Planisware, and SharePoint strongly preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
