Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Administrative Assistant in Clackamas, OR!

Pay rate: $20.81 - $26.01/hr (dependent on experience)

Shift availability: Tue - Fri, 8a-430p (32 hours a week)

Provide administrative support for the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position include but are not limited to:

Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Open and distribute mail Answer telephone for Supply Chain Manager, Sr. Supply Chain Manager, and Senior Transportation Manager Type/compose letters and memos Maintain calendar for Executives Arrange meetings, coordinate travel for Executives Take/transcribe dictation, as required File reports Coordinate United Way campaign activities for the Distribution Center Maintain office supplies and office machines; arrange for service calls, as needed Coordinate injury reports and light duty schedules Perform time and attendance functions Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Education/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant position:

1+ years of administrative experience

Manufacturing environment experience preferred

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay Details: $20.81 to $26.01 per hour
