Account Manager - Occupational Health and Urgent Care

Responsibilities:

Responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.

Identify new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.

Act as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.

Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.

Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market/trend reports.

Perform a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience: 2 years healthcare or business to business sales

Preferred Experience: Background in medical sales, ideally with experience in occupational health and workers' compensation services. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is also preferred.

Required - Bachelors; Preferred - Bachelors - Marketing; Preferred - Masters

Required - Driver's License - State of Florida
