About the Role

As the Food Operations Manager, you'll lead café and catering operations at a high-profile client site. You'll be the face of our hospitality, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, engaging, and memorable. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by daily client interaction.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a high-performing team with a shared passion for hospitality and quality.

Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient breakfast and lunch service.

Manage and execute catering events with precision and creativity.

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and physical safety programs.

Bring fresh ideas to the table-literally and figuratively-to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
