Full Care of Louisville, LLC, 2750 Constant Comment Pl, Louisville, KY 40299 (502) 261-142436 Landscape Laborers needed for temporary, full-time employment from 2/1/26 to 11/30/26. Work will be performed at multiple worksites throughout the Louisville area including the counties of Jefferson, Bullitt, Fayette, Hardin, Oldham and Shelby.Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, trim/edge, plant, lay sod, weeding, watering, raking, blow leaves; use a hand shovel to dig holes (up to 24 inches depth and 36 inches in width) for installing plants, trees, shrubs, or irrigation systems; spread seed, fertilizer and mulch; works on the ground to prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws; core aerating; sprinkler installation/repair, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning. May drive a company truck or other vehicle to transport work crew, plants, materials and tools to/from or at worksites.No minimum education or experience required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Workers are subject to post-injury/incident drug testing, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Applicant must complete an employment application. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Normal 5-day work schedule either Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm or Tuesday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Shift includes 1-hour unpaid break time. Workdays and hours may vary depending on weather conditions.Basic wage rate: $18.54 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure.Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $27.81 per hour.Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly.The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.Optional employee shared housing, including basic utilities of water, electricity, and trash, is available at approximately $75.00 per person per week. The cost of housing will be deducted from the worker's paycheck if the worker elects.The employer will provide daily transportation from employee housing to the main worksite in Louisville, and among all worksite locations.The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job.If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts.
