FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: M-F 7:45-5:15 Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through providing quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with your team ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences. Responsibilities You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS) Current BLS certification License to pass medications may be required Previous experience as an LPN, in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $35.51 - $51.10 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
