About Us: Veteran, locally owned retail flooring store looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're organized, like to stay active, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Check shipments when they come in and make sure everything matches the order or invoice.

Keep track of inventory and restock shipping supplies when needed.

Verify paperwork for shipments --- things like work orders, bills of lading, and shipping labels.

Pack, seal, and label flooring materials for delivery or shipment.

Record shipment info like weights, charges, or damages.

Work with delivery drivers or vendors to sort out any issues with shipments or missing items.

Move materials around the warehouse or to the right departments using hand trucks or other equipment.

Keep warehouse neat, clean and organized

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Qualifications:

Someone reliable, organized, and willing to work as part of a team.

Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Bend, reach, and handle products as needed.

Forklift license helpful but not required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
