What you'll do

Lead a team of instructors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Manage the delivery and logistics of instructor-led and virtual training programs across domestic hubs and field stations.
Oversee a structured qualification process to ensure instructors are certified and prepared to deliver assigned courses with consistency and excellence.
Develop and maintain training schedules that align with operational needs and support role readiness across operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training solutions that support business initiatives, including new technology, role transitions, and station openings.
Coordinate instructor participation in curriculum development and special projects to enhance training content and delivery.
Evaluate training delivery effectiveness and team efficiency using performance data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Champion innovation in training delivery by integrating emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to personalize learning, streamline logistics, and elevate the learner experience
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in corporate training or adult education or relevant experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Airport Customer Care, Customer, Operations or Cargo knowledge and hands on experience
Previous experience managing and directing teams
Certified in professional facilitation through a recognized credential (e.g., IAF CPF or INIFAC Certified Facilitator), demonstrating expertise in leading effective training sessions and group learning experiences.
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Proven success in leading teams with kindness, accountability, and a commitment to professional development
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive results and solve problems independently
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and develop others in a fast-paced training environment
