As a Security Guard - Armed Aero/Defense Dispatch Driver in Marietta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in an aero and defense location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service through clear communication and a visible presence. This is an armed and driving post. Pay Rate: $26.24 / Hour

Mon01:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri01:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat01:45 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.

Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Operate dispatch systems to receive and communicate information regarding security-related activities at the site.

Coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders during various situations, following established protocols.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatched calls, incidents, and activities as required.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors at the location.

Support regular and/or random patrols by coordinating and dispatching security personnel as needed throughout the premises.

Assist Allied Universal management and/or local law enforcement with information as required during incidents or investigations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.

An armed guard card or license is required.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
