As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Driver in Wisconsin Dells, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the grounds of a renowned hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment for guests and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, while responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the hotel and resort premises, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.

Document and report any unusual activities, security-related breaches, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.

Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
