Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Pico Rivera, California. This role requires a meticulous individual who excels in managing office tasks, supporting team operations, and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative functions and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls effectively, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Manage general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining documentation.

Accurately input and update data into systems, ensuring all records are current and error-free.

Support team members by coordinating schedules, meetings, and other administrative needs.

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to maintain inventory levels.

Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures for smooth operations.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

3-4 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.

2+ years of administrative or office support experience (corporate or professional setting preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor, discretion, and a high level of reliability.
