Description We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations in Cumming, Georgia. In this role, you will handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the local government sector.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Answer and direct inbound phone calls courteously, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information.

Serve as a receptionist, greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Organize and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for day-to-day operations.

Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence as required.

Handle filing and document management to maintain an orderly and accessible system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Support team operations by facilitating communication and streamlining workflows.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold high standards. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management.

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competence in using office software and technology.
