Summary Incumbent serves as the Program Analyst for the Research and Development (R&D) Service Line in the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS), Boston, Massachusetts. The incumbent performs the full complement of budgetary functions related to the Government Purchase Card Program and procurement duties as well as serving as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the R&D Service Line to include all phases of the government credit card purchase program and contracting procurement process.
