We're seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end operations in a complex, fast-paced environment. You will manage everything from truck fleets and production planning to purchasing, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring seamless operations while meeting KPIs for safety, quality, production, maintenance, efficiency, and service.

What you'll do...

Champion a culture of safety first, ensuring full compliance with all safety policies and continuously driving improvement initiatives.

Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve or exceed goals for safety, cost, quality, service, and efficiency.

Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and accountability across departments.

Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies focused on safety, quality, service, and cost optimization.

Manage production workflow and materials to meet scheduling and operational requirements.

Direct purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving functions to ensure supply chain excellence.

Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate cost, quality, and service performance.

Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Oversee transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of products and materials.

Contribute to strategic and tactical business planning, supporting both short- and long-term growth objectives.

Proactively monitor performance trends and take corrective action to ensure achievement of operational targets.

Model and reinforce company values, ensuring alignment between management expectations and organizational goals.

What you'll bring...

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with seven (7) years of distribution/shipping operations management or leadership assignments demonstrating a progression of increased scope and responsibility, or

Seven (7) years' supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills in a high-volume warehouse and/or distribution center

Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, cost analysis and budgeting, people management, and leadership guidance

Production planning, materials planning, and purchasing experience

Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams

Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas, approaches and solutions

Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadline

Demonstrated project management experience

Preferences:

SAP and/or equivalent production and logistics software experience

Lean manufacturing experience
