Water Transfer Laborer (Oil & Gas)

Location: Fort Lupton, Colorado

Job Type: Full-Time | Entry Level

Schedule: Day & Night Shifts | 65-90 hrs/week | Overtime Available

Pay: $20/hr (Day) | $22/hr (Night) | Paid Weekly

Job Summary:

Join a growing oilfield services team as a Water Transfer Laborer. In this role, you'll help move water from natural sources to customer frac sites using specialized equipment and pipeline systems. Ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are looking for consistent hours-even in winter.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate water transfer systems using poly pipe, lay-flat hose, and underground pipelines.

Work as part of a crew to safely rig up and rig down job sites.

Transport water from ponds to frac sites and maintain fresh water tanks.

Monitor water levels and system performance using laptops, tablets, or iPads.

Drive company vehicles to inspect pipeline systems.

Set up and monitor water pumps.

Shift Details:

12-18 hour shifts

Day and night shifts available

70-90 hours per week

Overtime opportunities

Consistent winter hours

Compensation & Benefits:

$20/hour (Day Shift)

$22/hour (Night Shift)

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Weekend availability required

Previous experience working in oilfield, construction, or warehouse environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lupton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
