Job Title: Production Associate - A Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates for our A shift, scheduled for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6am to 6pm. This role offers an opportunity to be trained on a normal schedule, developing skills in electronic manufacturing and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.

Work on assignments that are routine in nature with limited judgment required.

Maintain production standards and production goals.

Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet metrics for assembly pieces.

Essential Skills

Basic computer skills with ability to navigate programs similar to internet browsing.

Experience with basic Excel for documentation and Outlook.

Mechanical aptitude and flexibility to assist in various departments.

Great attitude and willingness to learn and progress.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

One or more years of related experience preferred.

Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional teams.

Competence in job knowledge and skills to perform tasks.

Up-to-date on all certifications and training requirements.

Work Environment

The position is set in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Shifts are 12 hours long, with the option to sit or stand, although standing will be required at times. The workplace fosters a team-oriented atmosphere with an emphasis on quality and productivity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
