Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates data integrity Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities on GxP computerized systems with supervisor.
Carries out routine PMs with only basic instructions, and new assignments with detailed instructions.
Responsible for the availability, support, and maintenance of a computerized system, security of the data residing on a system.
Performs management of GxP computerized systems including but not limited to: user access, audit trail back up and review, application code and system back up and back up verification, database performance and disaster recovery.
Performs management of Filter Integrity Testers and Total Organ Carbon Analyzers.
Performs revision control management including but not limited to recipe and setpoint reviews, application and setpoint changes.
Adheres consistently to cGMPs by following written instructions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Work Instructions (WIs).
May be required to diagnose and troubleshoot routine problems.
Basic Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO, etc).
Preferred Qualifications
An associate degree (AA/AS) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma and 4+ years of experience; or Associates degree and 3+ years of experience.
Strong computer skills, CMMS, Maximo experience.
Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing.
Understanding of control systems and PLC logic.
Understanding of vision systems and line management systems.
The salary range for this position is: $74,715.00 - $96,690.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
