As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Renton, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your strong communication and customer service skills will foster positive interactions with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter areas.

Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing any unusual situations during patrols.

Monitor access points and observe entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles as required by site protocols.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Support emergency response efforts as directed, including communication with site management and emergency services when necessary.

Maintain professional communication and interaction with employees, visitors, and contractors while on post.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
