What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including the perimeter and specified areas where required.

Observe for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, or other prohibited activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on observations, incidents, and/or situations as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
