What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Monitor access points and observe individuals on the premises to help to deter prohibited activities.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and employees as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, observations, and incidents as required.
Follow all post orders and instructions from Allied Universal management and site leadership.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
