As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Republic, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be an approachable point of contact, utilizing your communication skills to support employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and observing the flow of personnel and vehicles within the location.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors to provide information and guidance related to security-related procedures and protocols.

Support Allied Universal and client operations by maintaining awareness of the unique environment and needs of a manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

Experience using an alarm panel is preferred.

Experience in X-ray screening is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
