The Health Services Drugfree Workplace Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring business continuity through compliant regulatory drug and alcohol abatement programs. Reporting to the Global Drugfree Workplace Leader, this role has key responsibilities that include developing, implementing and being accountable for audit-ready Drugfree Workplace programs in Southwest Ohio Region. This role also involves collaborating with various departments and engaging with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and a safe work environment for all GE Aerospace employees.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
DFWP Regional Manager - ASEAN is responsible for the following:
Understanding and ensuring compliance with Country/Regional Laws with respect to GE Aerospace's DFWP program.
Ensuring completion of the required annual percentage of random testing at the respective sites.
Collaborating with key stakeholders at each site and establish regular operating rhythm.
Engaging with the site proactively for any non-negatives/positive results, ensuring compliance.
Providing guidance on policy and procedures.
Ensuring that the training and awareness programs are implemented at all sites.
Responding to regulatory audits on behalf of the company
Conducting DFWP audits of the sites' practices, on-boarding, random testing, and reasonable suspicion/cause process.
Ability to travel to the sites and vendors.
Coordinating regional meetings with the sites' Designated Employer Representatives (DERs).
Promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization, focusing on a drugfree environment and mental health.
Strong leadership and collaborative skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
Manager 3rd party vendors who support DFWP operations.
Responsible for the TriHealth relationship, including budgets, POs and other contractor responsibilities.
GE Aerospace Point of Contact for the GE Aerospace Wellness Center, Evendale Fitness Center, Evendale-based Disability Case Managers and DFWP Center of Excellence, each of which is managed by TriHealth.
Partner with the Evendale EHS team.
Travel to regional sites.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an HR, Quality or Healthcare related field.
Minimum of 5 years role-specific experience.
Previous experience leading multi-disciplinary programs for manufacturing operations preferred.
Desired Characteristics & Experience :
Direct experience in Regulatory DFWP programs in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent and concise communication skills demonstrated with an ability to listen and communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively, in verbal and written presentations.
Process oriented with the attention to detail and standard work to enable consistent delivery of DFWP.
Detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in a Lean operating system environment.
