are valued What You\'ll Do: Lead all aspects of plant operations
including production, sanitation, supply chain, and maintenance Recruit,
train, and develop plant personnel Drive safety, quality, and continuous
improvement initiatives Manage capital projects and preventative
maintenance Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and cost control
Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership Ensure
compliance with quality and regulatory standards Foster a culture of
teamwork, accountability, and respect What You\'ll Bring: Bachelor\'s
degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of
leadership experience in manufacturing or processing operations Proven
ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with warehouse operations, logistics, and maintenance
Experience with budgeting and financial oversight preferred SAP
knowledge a plus Strong or advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint/Word are
highly desired. Safety mindset and ability to navigate the production
