full-time positions across various shifts, encompassing a range of days and
time slots such as 5x8 Mon-Fri, 4x10 Mon-Thurs, & 3x12 Fri- Sun.
Currently we are hiring in multiple product line
manufacturing operations including - Steam Turbine, Large Generator, Gas
Turbine and Combustion Components in a climate-controlled factory.

Join Our Team as an Advanced Computerized Numerical Control
(CNC) Machinist where your skills will be utilized to manufacture power
generation equipment and their subassemblies. Emphasis is placed on ability to
adhere to all safety requirements, follow engineering drawings (blueprints) and
interpret and execute manufacturing processes per specific work instructions
and validate your work utilizing electronic quality control documentation.
Advanced CNC machinists' roles will involve performing
precise and complex setups, utilizing various @types of specialized fixturing,
and collaborating with your technical support team on how related processes can
be further improved. Given the role in an advanced CNC machinist there is an
expectation to share knowledge, resolve issues, and add your own learnings and
experiences to the knowledge base of the team. We are an organization with a

The qualified candidate can be hired forvarious CNC machinist positions focused on either the operation of CNC Lathes,Vertical Mills and/ or Horizontal Mills.

How You'll Make an Impact
Adhereto all safety rules.
Demonstrateproficiency in ability to operate either CNC Lathes, Vertical Mills,and/or Horizontal Mills.
ReadCNC programs and be familiar with G & M codes.
Performminor edits to CNC programs to improve efficiency and eliminateopportunities for error.
Build(pre-set tooling) as needed for specific machining processes.
Interpretengineering blueprints and written instructions.
Applyconcepts of geometrical tolerancing.
Performmachining processes utilizing both empirical standard and metric system.
Setup and use various measuring and inspection gages/instruments including IDand OD micrometers, bore gages, thread gages, etc.
Controlmachining tolerances of 0.0005" - 0.005".
What You Bring
Required Skills and Experience:
HighSchool Diploma / GED
Abilityto adhere to all safety requirements.
Knowledgeof Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) required.
Minimum5 years of CNC machining experience required with proficiency in at leastone of the following: Lathe, Vertical Mill, and/or Horizontal Mill.
Proficiencyin performing machine setups, tool selection, program offsets, G-codes,M-codes, troubleshooting, metrology, and blueprint reading.
Strongknowledge of shop mathematics and the ability to interpret drawings(blueprints), written specifications, charts, and utilize a variety ofprecision measuring instruments.
PhysicalDemand: Moderate, with some periodic heavier lifting required less than50lbs.
Abilityto work with either written, oral, or graphic instructions.
Abilityto communicate clearly and effectively.
Desireto demonstrate accountability in your work and in company success.

Preferred but Not Required:
Machining/CNCrelated associates degree, machining/programming certificates, apprenticeprogram completions, course work in CNC machining related topics, etc.
