Northrop Grumman is seeking an Intern, Critical Skills Development Specialist. This position will be located in our Corporate Sector and be fully remote.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Critical Skills Development team and have the opportunity to design, develop, and communicate highly visible learning & development technology, resources, and programs. The qualified candidate will perform tasks that could include the following: supporting development cohorts through logistics and facilitation; interfacing with subject matter experts; developing and curating content for various critical skill areas; and optimizing existing learning & development processes.

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.

Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 14 weeks during the summer of 2026.

Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

Intern Pay Range:

Bachelor's: $23.50 - $28.75

Master's: $33.75 - $35.50

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
