Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hopewell, Virginia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual seeking a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Process and manage order entries with accuracy and attention to detail.

Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer needs are met.

Document customer interactions and ensure records are updated accurately in the system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements.

Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork and adaptability. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in order entry and handling customer inquiries.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience with inbound and outbound call handling.

Familiarity with using customer service systems and software.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
