Pay Rate:

$30 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm

Immediate Start

Assignment expected to last 3-4 weeks

What's a typical day as the Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Arrange appointments, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize events.

Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, and respond to emails.

Create and edit documents, prepare reports and invoices, and maintain databases and filing systems.

Use office software to create spreadsheets and create power points, and manage digital files.

Copying, collating binders, editing,

Organizing supplies

Prepare packages for FedEx

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Self starter with a can do attitude

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Experience with excel and PowerPoint
