professional phone etiquette. Handle all clerical tasks such as data
entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized
records. Support office management activities by coordinating calendar
appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendar updates
efficiently. Utilize computer skills to prepare reports, presentations,
and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Assist with bookkeeping tasks
using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and
manage invoices. Provide excellent customer service by supporting
clients and visitors with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met
promptly. Perform general office duties including supply management,
mail distribution, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Support personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements or special
project coordination as needed. Maintain accurate records through data
entry and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple priorities
efficiently while adhering to deadlines. Requirements Proven experience
in an office environment with strong clerical skills; prior office
management or administrative experience is highly valued. Excellent
computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks is
preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Exceptional communication
skills with professional phone etiquette. Ability to perform basic
bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking. Personal
assistant or calendar management experience is desirable for supporting
leadership or team members. Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced
