Hiring Entry Level Production Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment, assisting with the assembly, packaging, and movement of products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues
Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Dependable and punctual
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
