Responsibilities

Orrick's Taxteam is seeking a hardworking associate with transactional tax experience for ourNew Yorkoffice. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals and is eager to contribute to a collegial group. Experience in the tax aspects of CLOs and other structured finance transactions is preferable.Membership to the State Bar of New York is required.

Orrick's tax group advises on a range of tax matters involving high-value transactions. The Tax Group works closely with Orrick's structured finance group, whichadvises on the industry's most innovative transactions and is a structured finance powerhouse. The Orrick Tax and Structured Finance Groups take bespoke approaches to the structuring, execution of asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS, as well as CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings. Qualifications

4 - 9 years of experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $435,000.

Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
