As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will be a vital presence at a leading manufacturing location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and monitoring of assigned areas. What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Assist with implementing and following site-specific security-related procedures and policies, adapting to the unique needs of the manufacturing environment.

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by offering assistance and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while following established protocols for emergency response.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and identify any irregularities.

Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols or while monitoring access points.

Work closely with site management and Allied Universal team members to communicate any security-related concerns and support overall operations.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
