As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Lathrop, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while monitoring assigned areas and responding to incidents. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Day Time

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor the working environment for any irregularities and report observations as required by site protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal.

Assist in maintaining order within the location during both routine and emergency situations.

Document and report all activities, observations, and incidents as outlined in site-specific guidelines.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
