As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Specialist in Dunkirk, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service at a leading manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a secure environment for everyone onsite. You will play a key role in assisting with communication and supporting the operations of the facility, while embodying Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first mindset.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor for unusual behavior or conditions and promptly report observations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control measures, including verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any security-related events as required by site procedures.

Communicate with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns within the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
