Summary You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT) of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER. Responsibilities You will have knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, telecommunications practices, desktop support issues and IT security policies. You will have knowledge of various desktop configurations (including hardware, software, and operating systems), seat management technology, network infrastructures and shore installation procedures. You will analyze data and resolve difficult technical issues related to IT systems. You will evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of service operations in accordance with SLAs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1.
