Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role combines customer engagement and inside sales responsibilities, focusing on account management and order entry tasks. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term growth in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.

Develop new business relationships by identifying potential clients and presenting tailored solutions.

Process and track customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet delivery timelines.

Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and other channels to provide exceptional service.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and achieve business goals.

Utilize Microsoft Office and company-specific systems to maintain records and generate reports.

Assist customers with technical inquiries related to water testing and treatment services.

Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any additional requirements.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and customer service processes. Requirements - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.

Background in water testing, treatment, or a related scientific field is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is advantageous.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
