Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and attentive manner.

Accurately process and manage orders using the company's systems.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs, concerns, and requests.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Provide clear and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.

Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Assist in training new team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and share feedback with management.

Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Proficiency in order entry and managing customer accounts.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Familiarity with scheduling and coordination tasks.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
