At our Fort Worth Distribution Center, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Apprentices , an entry-level opportunity designed to build your skills and launch your career in supply chain operations.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

$20.00/hr.

Benefits start after 30 days

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

Follow all Nestlé standard operating procedures related to Safety, Quality, Operations, and People

Participate in structured training and mentorship to learn how to operate powered industrial trucks

Load/unload trucks, stage product, and manage inventory in warehouse racking and staging areas

Pick and assemble mixed product pallets for customer orders

Lift/carry up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 65 lbs. occasionally

Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners to execute job duties

Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts and physical verification

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

Process damaged product and perform recoup sorting

Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance tasks

Demonstrate regular, on-time attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Previous warehouse/forklift experience not necessary but helpful

SKILLS:

Basic command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)

Basic Math including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication

Basic computer knowledge and use

Ability to communicate and function in a team environment

Ability to troubleshoot basic problems and take appropriate corrective action
