Description: Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned Executive Leaders and their departments. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging executive meetings, events, and conferences; receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; submits expense reports; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a US DOD Secret Clearance. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Experience coordinating with Security, Facilities, IT, and Audio/Visual teams in support of major site visits, tours, events, and presentations

Excellent written/oral communicator contacting outside vendors to support travel bookings, office supply purchases, and employee engagement events. Experience reconciling and submitting expense reports.

Experience responding to dynamic priority changes and conflicts across multiple stakeholders and organizations.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Desired Skills:

Current DoD Secret Clearance or higher

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
