Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This position offers the opportunity for long-term employment and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting daily operations with efficiency and organization. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks and interaction with team members and clients, requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Handle inbound calls professionally, providing information and redirecting inquiries as needed.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.

Coordinate and support office activities, including scheduling and correspondence.

Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

Assist with document preparation and filing to support team requirements.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries.

Friendly and attentive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Organizational skills to manage office supplies and documentation effectively.
