Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at a non-profit organization in Troy, Ohio. This is a contract position lasting six weeks, with work scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role involves handling essential administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

Organize and assemble informational packets and binders to ensure accurate and well-prepared presentation.

Scan and digitize documents for efficient record-keeping and accessibility.

Manage incoming calls by providing helpful responses or redirecting inquiries as needed.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain precise and up-to-date records.

Greet visitors and assist with receptionist duties to create a welcoming office environment. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles.

Proficiency in scanning, document preparation, and data entry.

Strong communication skills for managing inbound calls and visitor interactions.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
