Our client, a reputable and well-established plaintiff's personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a busy attorney handling a variety of personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage discovery, depositions, and medical records

Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement documents

Maintain case calendars and deadlines

Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation

Ideal Background:

3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar)

Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury cases.

Strong knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.

Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.

Familiarity with trial preparation and court filing processes.
